If you know me, you know I love a good book. I am a library card-carrying girl. As of lately, I have been on the hunt for some good reads, but I am very picky about the books I select. I know the feeling of those really good books you get sucked into, and sometimes, I can finish them in a day if I’m not careful. Then there are other books that take me forever to finish. I have to be very careful when devoting my time to a book.
Power by Robert Greene: I read this in high school because my dad made me read all of his books then. Admittedly, my father was planning for my greatness at a young age. (Hence why I started playing golf at age 8) I know this book will strike some things into play for me when I reread it, which I am very excited about.
Then You Came by Jennifer Weiner: I am huge fan of her work, and I have read every book she has published. Jennifer is one of my favorite authors out there. I know it’s a good book when I can see the images and characters in my head, and I can see her vision play out in my head.
Tiny Beautiful Things by Cheryl Strayed: This is a book recommendation from Myleik. She is just like me when it comes to books, so I know what she refers will be a great read.
