February Small Business Support

I have said it over and over that my goal this year is to lend more support to small businesses. You might be tried of hearing about it, but there might be someone who is just as excited as I am–someone who wants to support more small businesses too. I actually made a “Small Business Buy” List. It helps me keep track of brands and companies that I want to support. Here are some of the businesses I supported this month:

T and J Designs Gold Chain Link Necklace

My first purchase was a Gold Chain Link necklace from T + J Designs. As you can tell, I am a huge supporter of these ladies. Tiffany and Jennifer run an amazing business, and I am super excited about my first purchase. I think I will be buying something from them at least once a month. They have great customer service, plus amazing products, which makes me a returning customer! These ladies know what they are doing–turning a non-jewelry girl into a jewelry junkie.

Cocoa + Hearts Notebook 2

This Cocoa + Hearts notebook from Made By Girl shop owner Jen Ramos was calling my name! I have been reading Made By Girl’s blog for over three years now. She has a great sense of style, plus she is very humble. I remember when she launched her graphic prints, and I was completely smitten by those too. I received the LOVE print as a birthday gift two years ago. If you get a chance, go stop by her shop. They have some amazing pieces.

Be The Change MLK Jr shirt

Raeven of Pushy Dreamer is an amazing women. I was introduced to her Pushy Dreamer website by my best friend, and a small business owner I support. She is currently going through the process of becoming a certified life coach, and I highly suggest working with her. I helped her with an one on one assignment a while ago, and found that she has the most calm and soothing voice I’ve ever heard. I order her “Be The Change” Martin Luther King Jr shirt in grey {small}, and the quality of the product is amazing! Plus, I ordered it on a Friday and received it on a Tuesday (perfect)!

Camo Clutch Cover

Last but not least I ordered a Camo Clutched & Covered from Rocquelle. I had been waiting for a Clutch Cover for a while but I could never find the right one. Then, she debuted this camo clutch cover, and I had to buy it. Plus, I got the Marc Jacobs gold clutch from Target x  Neiman Marcus line for $20. Upon seeing the two together, I knew that the two were a match made in heaven. Roquelle is currently working on her spring line, so be on the lookout for some awesome finds.

It’s great to have RT’s, blog posts, and people spreading your business by word of mouth, but nothing beats actual fiscal support. I never really thought about that until I started running a business. I want to give the same support people gave me: my financial support. Everyone here provides great services and products. I have several businesses on the list to support next month. If you have a business, let me know. =)
