Shopping Questions

Adding Items to Shopping Cart

When viewing an item on the product detail page, you may add an item to your shopping cart by simply selecting add to cart button.

Review Your Shopping Cart

After you have added item(s) to your shopping cart, you may review your shopping cart. When reviewing your cart you can update quantities, remove items or return to the product detail page.  Once you have reviewed the items in your cart, you may either continue shopping or proceed to check out and place your order. 

Checking Out

  • Step 1: By clicking the "Check Out" button in your cart, you will be asked to either sign-in to your account, create an account or click continue “checkout without registering”.  Skip to step 4 if you have an account.
  • Step 2: If you do not have an account, you will be asked to enter your billing address information.  If paying by credit card, you will need to make sure that this billing address matches exactly what the credit card company has on file. If your billing address is the same as your ship to address, you may proceed to the next step.  Or, you may edit your shipping address to a different address by clicking edit.
  • Step 3: Enter your address and billing information. {use this step if you clicked “checkout without registering}
  • Step 4: If you have a “coupon” enter it at this time. Only one coupon is allowed per transaction.
  • Step 5: Next choose which shipping method you would like to use for delivery. 
  • Step 6: You may provide a note or any instructions in regards to your purchase.  
  • Step 7: Click “complete order” and you will be redirected to Paypal to process your order. You DO NOT need a paypal account to shop with us but it is highly recommended.

How often do you add new products?
We try our best to add new items once month, usually on the first week of the month.

 

Do you wash the clothes before mailing?
Items are gently worn or recently dry cleaned.

 

Is Imperfect Concepts Boutique merchandise guaranteed authentic?
Yes, all my merchandise is guaranteed authentic. I will not sale any item that is a replica or fake. ICB feels every woman deserves great luxury items at an affordable price so do not be hinder by the price point. If you find proof that Imperfect Concepts Boutique sold you a fake, we will refund you ALL your money.

 

RETURNS

What is your return policy?
All sales are final; we do not accept returns of any product. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. So, please contact us if you have any questions about any item. Email {info@imperfectconcepts.com} We will gladly get back to you in 48 hours of business hours.

SHIPPING

All purchases are shipped via USPS. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday , excluding holidays. Please allow our office 2 - 3 business days to process your order after it is received.

Standard Service

Following credit authorization and verification, you will receive your order within 5-7 business days.  This is an estimate.  This does not include weekends or holidays. 

Shipping DOMESTIC: $3.00 & .50 cent for each additional item.


Do you ship internationally?
No, Imperfect Concepts does not ship merchandise international at this time. Check back with us late summer 2012 for update on our international shipping policy.


Do you provide Tracking and Confirmation?
Yes, we provided Tracking and Confirmation on all orders for FREE. This measure is provided for you the customer to know where your package is at all times after we have process your order. Do keep in mind that once an item has been shipped, we cannot be held responsible if the item is stolen, damaged or lost. If any issues arise after we have shipped please do contact us, but it solely the responsibility of you to contact the post office to resolve issues. If it states item was delivery to the address provided there will be no refunds.

As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order.  It is imperative that you supply us with an email address. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add mgmt@imperfectconceptsboutique.com to your safe sender list. 

Can we purchase insurance for our products?
Yes, you can add insurance to your purchase for shipping. When checking add "insurance rate" to the total. ICB only insures items that purchase insurance. Insurance is $3.50. We are not responsible for lost, damage or misplacement of item after we ship item out via United States Postal Service.

PAYMENT

What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

 

How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

 

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. If you already have a PayPal account you may use it. 

Do we accept check?

Yes, we accept echeck via Paypal. We do not ship items til the check has cleared the system as paid.

What are the rules regarding promo codes and/or discount codes?
During sale and promotional periods there are NO DOUBLE DISCOUNTS - only one code can be used per transactions and codes cannot be used in tandem. Also, promo/discount codes cannot be applied to already discounted items.

PRIVACY

Does Imperfect Concepts Boutique share personal information with other companies or third parties?
No, all your information is private we will not be sharing no information with any other companies. We only use the information provide for shipping purposes along with contact you if any issues with your purchases.

What are Imperfect Concepts Boutique privacy policies?
We do not share any of your personal information with any third party companies. Furthermore, we will not contact you unless it is regarding your purchase. Your privacy means the world to our, so no information is shared with other companies or clients.
