What is your return policy?
All sales are final; we do not accept returns of any product. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Please contact us if you have any questions about any item. Email orders@imperfectconcepts.com. We will gladly get back to you in 48 hours within business hours.


What if my item is damaged, can I return it?

If we sent you an damaged item we will gladly accept the return and give you a store credit. Please document the damage and send us notification within 12 hours of receiving the item. Contact us immediately to solve the problem. orders@imperfectconcepts.com In addition please do not accept packages that look tampered with or damaged. If you accept packages in this state we have no control of the outcome of your purchase and merchandise can not be accepted back.

 

Can I exchange an item?

At this time we do not allow exchanges of any kind with our products.


Can I cancel my order?

We do not allow cancellation of orders at this time. Once an order is placed it is placed. Please contact us before your place an order if you have a question.
